Are luminora products suitable for allergy sufferers?

We attach great importance to ensuring that our jewelry can be worn safely by as many people as possible. Unfortunately, allergic reactions can never be completely ruled out. However, we assume that the vast majority of people will have no problems with our carefully selected collections.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free for you within Germany!

How long is the estimated delivery time?

This depends on many factors, such as current stock levels. Our goal is to send you your personalized jewelry as quickly as possible and we aim to do so within 10 days.

Is an exchange possible?

In accordance with applicable law, purchased goods can be exchanged within 14 days without giving a reason. However, keep in mind that this requires repeated transport, storage, etc., and is therefore not particularly environmentally friendly. Ring sizes, in particular, should be professionally measured to avoid complaints.
